Maybe if the employees cared about their jobs instead of having attitude that "It isn't my job!" mentality someone would have refilled the soap, etc. Oh well, what can you expect with today's society!

York is a small town. This is too bad, as this was one of our fav's. We will not be eating at the Outback in York anymore. We would rather drive to the Outback in Lancaster, than take the risk of eating in the York Outback.

Where was the manager? Does he/she have any concept of hygiene and proper food handling? You can kill people by not handling food properly. This is not a small issue. Of course, the mouthpiece for the company now says all the right stuff. How about doing the right stuff before you make someone seriously ill or even kill someone?
