if andhra pradesh is bifurcated then i strongly believe that making vizag the next capital would be good for the people of andhra.vizag is rich with natural resources along with the presence of large scale is well connected through all means of transport and that could pour in a lot of has the potential to become the next mumbai for india along the east cost.moreover its the second largest city in andhra pradesh after i think vizag should be given a chance to prove itself

Bifurcation and trifurcation will not stop the rapid urbanization of India. Urbanization continues and so please make hay while the sun shines.

Currently, India's economy is growing. One day into the future, India's economy will slow down and it will all be over. While India's economy is growing, Indians must make hay while the sun shines.

With increasing urbanization, the age of skyscrapers has probably begun in India. It's about affordable housing. An increase in urbanization results in an increase in skyscrapers. Likewise, a decrease in urbanization results in a decrease in skyscrapers.

India is not disintegrating. On the contrary, she is integrating through urbanization. She is consolidating through urbanization.

Indians continue to look for the all-in-one place, the city, where you get better schools, police, judicial service, jobs, water, electricity, supermarkets, etc. It has resulted in rapid urbanization. Every day, while the world is not watching, more and more rural Indians are moving to cities.

The poor must realistic. There are millions below the poverty line in India. Nobody can help the millions; and so the poor must help themselves. This is the only way. One day into the future, the economy will slow down and it will all be over. So while the economy is growing, please MAKE HAY WHILE THE SUN SHINES. According to me, make hay while the sun shines means working at two jobs, not just one job.

The slum dwellers must work hard and earn their keep. ALSO, THE POOR MUST NEVER EVER GIVE SERVICES TO THE RICH FOR FREE. THE POOR MUST ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT THEY GET PAID FOR ALL SERVICES GIVEN. This is one way for the poor to pull themselves out of poverty. They should work at two jobs, if need be, so that they can save money to buy better housing and move out of the slums; and move into affordable housing. The GDP growth rate offers opportunities to many to pull themselves out of poverty provided the poor make sure that they get paid for services already given. I warn you. The poor must always make sure that they get paid for services already given. Do not surrender. Keep working and saving money to buy the affordable home.

One day into the future, the economy will slow down and it will all be over. So while the economy is growing, please MAKE HAY WHILE THE SUN SHINES. According to me, make hay while the sun shines means working at two jobs.

Affordable housing could add to GDP growth.

A decade of transformation in India

Let us suppose that you buy a high rise apartment for US$50,000. It may take you years to repay the loan. Let us suppose that you die 50 years later. The high rise apartment will be bequeathed to your children. Yes, after you die, the apartment will be sold and the wealth will be divided and given to your children. Your death will enrich your children.

You bought the apartment for US$50,000. But 50 years later, the same apartment will cost 2 or 5 times more than US$50,000. So when you die your children will definitely be enriched. So if you are poor, please do pull yourself out of poverty by working at two jobs so as to buy an apartment. India's economy is growing now and so please make hay while the sun shines.

Urbanization by country.

Vijayawada is not ideal because of what we have see in Kurnool Can happen to Vijayawada in a situation of Floods. Also there is no vast lands avaialable for Accomadating what is needed for a Capital

Vizag - it is said due to Global Warming Phenomenon can be affected. How bad - not known. Why take Rish on that front. Also A strong Tsunami can create Havoc.

Tirupathi - The foot hills of Lord Venkateshwara will be the ideal location; Merging on three sides: Chittor / Cuddapah / Nellore will make it a MEGA city. This is the place to go. We have a) AIRPORT (International) b) An upcoming Railway station of International Standard c) Close to Chennai (2 hrs) and Bangalore(4 hrs); d) Close to PORTS (KrisnaPattanam) e) Great Infrastructure - 6 lane roads coming up connecting: Tirupathi - Chennai and Tirupathi - Bangalore;

What else do we need. Ideal location : Tirupathi. That's my conclusion.

Important: We must from now, have distributed development rather than concentrating on one place. This is the lesson we must learn from what is going on today in Andhra Pradesh.

if andhra and telangana divides thers no doubt dat vizag be d nxt capital of andhra coz it has gud developments in all fields that vijayvada cant have.. so at the end of the day vizag is the best option and only option for capital.

have u gone mad. each one is saying that vizag is better to make capital of andhra pradesh. vizag is city well connected to aruku which is fabulous place, if vizag is made as capital, pollution may harm the araku environment. and when comes to tirupati is city used for devotees only. so in my view vijayawada is the best as it is well connected by air, land, and rail. after all it is business capital of andhra pradesh

Last time when there was agitation for separate Andhra, Late.Kakani.Veankata Ratnam proposed the area between Vijayawada and Guntur for the capital of Andhra state.
Kurnool is a small town but, can be developed as a sub-capital with all infrastructure nedded for the people of Royalaseema so that it can be converted in to its capital in case of a furhter ( seems to be immminent) biufrcation of Andhra State in to Coastal Andhra and Royalaseema.
Tirupahti is a Holy place and its identity as it si should not be spoiled.

Rajahmundry has good chances of becoming the capital of Andhra region. It is easier a develop infrastructure needed for a capital city in places like Rajahmundry than Vizag or Vijayawada. Also, Rajahmundry historically the original capital of andhra region.

Tirupati is the best place to becoming a capital of andhra pradesh. Because the highest revenue is coming from Lord Balaji that is sufficient for city developments. Other places like vizag & vijayawada there is no source of money for developments.

Earlier known as Bezawada, is the third largest city in Andhra Pradesh, India, located on the banks of the Krishna River and bounded by the Indrakiladri Hills on the West and the Budameru River on the North. Vijayawada literally translates to "The Place of Victory". Its prominence as a major trading and business center has earned it the title of the "Business Capital of Andhra Pradesh”. Situated along the Chennai-Howrah and Chennai-Delhi Railway route, this is the 3rd largest railway junction in the world. The city is located in the Krishna District, about 275 kilometres (171 mi) from the state capital Hyderabad. Lying in the rich coastal delta of the state, the cuisine of Vijayawada is spicy and deliciously varied.
During the British Raj the city experienced significant growth. In particular, the completion of the Prakasam Barrage in 1959, and railway bridge on the Krishna River have helped the region expand its agriculture and commercial base. Vijayawada Railway station is one of the busiest railway junctions in India. The regions around the city have fertile soil and are irrigated by the river Krishna. Andhra and Rayaseema become Capital Vijayawada City. We hoping..........
