I don‘t give a ten penny dick about an urban area. I was made to say things that would support Republican‘s hatred of EBT, locally. I like to think that people who are still allowed food stamps spend them on anything they would normally use, and consider the grocery option because unless they‘re purchased at full cost, you get a greater value. People that steal foodstamps are in Eastgate circle, not Jere Whitson, in Cookeville, Tennessee.
