Because lists and predictions are in vogue and because "our memories are poor that only work backward" , I have put together a brief list of some positive transportation fuel news in 2012 and used my crystal ball to predict what's likely to occur in 2013.

Oh yeah, oil prices will continue to go down while Chevron CEO says risk of high energy prices is greater than risk of climate change.
Is this to way to behave under a raging climate change?

Oil prices will continue to go up. They will slow down the production to maintain prices.
