What's that got to do with the fact that scientists classify humans as an animal species?
What makes you different than other animals?
Do you eat?
Do you sh**?
Do you reproduce?
Do you hear?
Do you see?
Do you die?
Amazing. Other animals do that stuff too.
So how are you SOOO different?
Once again: If YOUR scientists declared YOU to be a SLAVE, would you WILLINGLY submit?
Yes, or no?
A simple question, and it deserves a simple reply.
Are you up to that simple reply?
Let's take it from there.

Funny how people always call me a liberal when they find out I like animals. Is there some type of law against conservatives liking animals? If so, no one ever told me.
"I am a conservative. Maybe more libertarian."

Your politics ID you as being a Communist by way of wanting to force you views upon others.
If, as you declare, you're a "libertarian," then you would be completely, antithetically against what it is that you purportedly support.
Perhaps it is that you're really a LINO?

This has NOTHING to do with an organized mass slaughter. NOTHING!

If you want to be technical, then you could say that I am indeed a slave. I work for money, some of which I have to surrender to the master at his every whim.

The fact remains you are still an animal according to science. If you don't believe that, then maybe you can explain exactly what kingdom you belong to in your mind.

If coyotes weren't being controlled in the present sense, would not the mass killing of other animals be seen as a 'slaughter?'

I don't FORCE my views on others. I discuss them. I explain WHY I have those views.
As a conservative, I believe in CONSERVING.

If I support only killing animals to survive, why would I be against that?

I believe God created and loves all creatures and that he wants us to be good stewards. If I were to support the massive slaughter of coyotes (for no reason), that would be a slap in the face to his wonderful creation.

According to YOUR science.
I do NOT live by YOUR science.
Will you now use YOUR science to RULE myself?
And if so, how would that be?

Some people just can't be talked to.

You are an animal and there's nothing you can do the change it.
AND
Coyotes don't all need to be slaughtered simply because they are predators. Predators are needed to keep prey species in check.

Don't they teach biology or environmental science in the UK?

Now it all makes sense - a local gun shop can sponsor the slaughter of coyotes; So I guess it's okay for the powers to be to sponsor the removal and/or eradication of aboriginal peoples in the land of the free. Freedom sure came at a high price for the aboriginal peoples; I wonder what the coyotes are going to do? Are they going to eventually move them onto a reservation (Zoo) too!

WTF!!
Hunting for food is one thing. Killing for the hell of it is another. America has a dark history regarding its view of predators. Predators are a necessary part of a healthy ecosystem. Didn't they learn anything from the mistakes at Yellowstone?
NO animal should be killed simply because it exists. It should be for food or self-defense. Or even in cases where a non-native animal is wreaking havoc on native ecosystems and no other means of control are viable.
It is just plain wrong, immoral and selfish for anyone to kill a coyote or any animal for no good reason. Hopefully, anyone caught committing acts of cruelty such as that will be arrested and locked up... for life!
Then the rest of us can live in harmony and with respect among the native wild creatures of this land. Coyotes have every right to be here, just as well as we do, or any other creature.
The coyote present a problem to many communities. They prey on livestock, pets and sometimes small children.

No, I wouldn't eat coyote, unless I was in a survival situation and had no choice. Coyote families are no different that dogs with puppies; playful and cute!
Coyotes are important in keeping prey species healthy. Damn, you people are so lucky to have them!! Enjoy their calls at night. It's a rare sound where I live.
Coyotes are no different than our domesticated pets? How did you manage that conclusion?

We got a coyote pup once when I bulldozed up the den. Its eyes werent open. It wasnt never a pet. mean vicious unfriendly timid easily frighened animal. It was a female. It came in season I took it to a guy that had a male wolf. We where gonna crossbreed them. The coyote prompty attacked the wolf & the wolf promptly killed it. That wolf wasnt really vicious they would get it out and walk it on a leash and pet it. That guy would get a whole road kill deer and put it in the wolf cage. the next day it would be almost completely eaten even the bones. You might see a spine and a few chewed off ribs still attached to it.

So do bears, mountain lions, wolves, tigers, cheetahs, moose, deer, bison, hawks, owls, eagles, elephants, sharks, jelly fish and humans. What do you propose? Eradication of all predators on earth?

Who in their right mind leaves their pets and children outside alone in the desert anyway?
