I would be a bit concerned about yr so called "experts"??? ASK!! Does yr meat come frae Mexico? Brazil? Or Usa?? Doesnt matter!! ASK!! BUY FROM LOCAL Butchers!! We have one here in Lockerbie, Scotland who has his own abbatoir and meat ready! We know what we are buying! I must add I dinnae eat lots of meat meself but buy for Guests! Good luck! x
