Latest news shows the YinXiu County has about 12000 population.When the the first rescure team reach there, they only can find 2000 people alive. The worst is there is a large storm there. They can not fly because of the storms. The temp in down to 17 degrees where it was 25 last weeek so the survivers are out in the rain. there was one group of soldiers including medical staff who were walking the 124 miles in .They reached Whenchung just before noon Tuesday.

There health care and rescue services are not large enough, and do not have the financial backing to deal with a situation such as this tragic 'Act of God'
