We haven't explored much of the moon yet. And if we did,I doubt the government would let us know. The point is,if there are beings there, they are not gonna appreciate us bombing them. I just think God made the Earth a living planet, in perfect balance where humans prosper. I dont see nothin in our solar system that God made to work out for us. Guess we wont know until about a couple of hundred years from now if there is anything "earth-like" in outside of the solar system. Cuz its gonna take another "earth" for us to explore and repopulate. Tryin to change somethin from nothin is tryn to play God... Aint gonna happen!

What an absolute waste of money. This is abuse, my friends, but the people as a whole are too stupid and brainwashed.
The whole space program is a waste of time and money; a scam so many morons believe is good for our country, and government loves stealing our money for it. What a bunch of sheep.
Bombing the Moon for water? We have oceans, lakes and ponds full of that stuff you silly dolts. We don't need to build a station on the Moon. There's nothing of worth on Mars or any planet. We're in huge debt as it is, and nothing will come of worth from this space program and never has to pay off this debt.
People, are you so stupid? Enough to fall for this obvious scam?

I don't mind them doing research, but I'm not a fan of bombing. Who knows what can happen. Did you hear that we are supposed to have increased solar flare in the near future? That should be interesting too...and scary!

I don't think that it is a waste of money, because that will be the future of the world. China made it snow by seeding clouds, there is a lot of competition for satellites, and sophisticated surveillance will play an important role in our security. You don't believe in the program, or that the money isn't being spent wisely? Why a scam?

According to prophesy,Mars would be humans' next destination. It is more similar to Earth. It could be the reason why our experts are paying too much attention, time, and effort in it. We would not know what's next but our descendants would. The possibilites are unending. If God didn't meant for us to get out of this planet,He would never ever allow us to invent the first plane to get to the sky. Things are happening because there's a reason for everything. Trying to change something from nothing is not trying to play God. It is trying to answer our curiousity of what's out there. If cloning is possible then finding another Earth is not impossible.

How can you tell that there is nothing worth on Mars or any planets, have you been there before? Your attitude is the same attitude of some people in the past who thought Benjamin Franklin was crazy and that his interest on the lightning was a waste of time and money. Look at us now. If he listened to those people, would you have the electricity to power up your computer to post here? Look at Bill Gates, there were people who told him he was wasting his time and money but look how the world is enjoying what he developed. The moon will be bombed in search of water to see if the moon would be livable for human beings. The Earthlings are not searching for moon's water to quench your thirst here,it is for future Humans who might live on the moon in the future. There is nothing wasteful for time and money when it comes to something that would benefit the world. My only concern is if there are life forms there that might got hurt when Earth bombed the moon. Other than that,I support the idea.

Cloning may be possible but is it morally (soulfully) right and "finding" another Earth may be possible, but trying to "make" one another doesn't seems impossible!

Other than that,I support the idea. You're a good example of how effective their brainwashing is upon the people as a whole. Tell me, did Benjamin Franklin use BILLIONS of taxpayer dollars to pay for his studies? Did Bill Gates? Did they do that while their nation was in DISGUSTINGLY huge amounts of ---> DEBT? DEBT? Do you know how much DEBT we're in today? People, please, WAKE UP for goodness sake! We'll be in the hole and financially FALL as a nation loooong before we are even successful in building livable stations on the Moon and even way longer before living on Mars. How you could even compare private, individual studies as such to the space program, which is forced upon ALL taxpayers, whether they like it or not... is beyond me. And guys, do not bring up satellites. That's not the 'space program' I am talking about. I am speaking of *space exploration!* Satellites are not apart of space exploration; they are apart of how we currently live on Earth today and we do get a lot out of them, so they're worth the money, especially for the GPS. Billions of dollars on space exploration and we've got 0 out of it so far. Even IF we've gotten something out of it? We're in the worst debt we've ever been in, and our grandchildren will have to deal with it, but we're so stupid enough to fall for the BS that we've got to spend even more money on just a "maybe" something is out there? Holy moly... this is disgusting. Yes, I am angry, as you can see. I never know people can fall for such BS on such a wide scale. It's no damn wonder our government constantly abuses its power, whether (D),(R) or (I), doesn't seem to matter anymore. They know the people as a whole are too dumb, brainwashed and/or complacent, so the government can get away with a lot. Ive got to go. I cannot dwell on this subject long. I get too angry. We've got to wake up before it's too late.

The amount of money spent on actual space exploration is probably a tiny fraction of what is spent on beer, and would be paid for by a few B-2 Bombers... Let ditch half our military expenses, conduct space exploration with a fraction of those savings, and have a TON of money to fund some important things and pay off debt.

Mybe if obama didn't waste millions of dollars on unnecessary flights, or ordering private jets for the politicians...maybe you'd have a few dollars left over. Or what about the wasteful stimulus packaged, bogus health care or the 20 some personal assistants that michelle obama needs? Most first ladies have one or two assistants. You don't mind the benefits of being an American, but God forbid you should have any gratitude towards the people who allow you the freedom to live comfortably.
