The only flaw I see in this story is the word "ACCIDENTAL". It may have been an accidental contamination in Cornwall England but as far as the Crestwood water contamination goes, it was far from "ACCIDENTAL". Officials knew, many knew, yet they continued to let it happen. Shameful, truly shameful!
