The single best thing I ever did to achieve my resolutions was to get a mentor (I used a site online, FTRnation.com ). That way I would have no excuse for failure, and they kept me grounded in the 'why' rather than the 'end', which helped me learn not to stress during the process. The reason I chose them was a quote on their site that changed my life. It said 'The definition youve placed on yourself or have allowed others to place on you is precisely why you have what you have, do what you do, are what you are and act how you act.' It woke me up, and as a result I created a bigger purpose and goal, and I'm getting massive results. I wish I did it sooner! Anything that supports people achieve their purpose and goals is a very noble thing!
