I like this initiative and it will bring more stability and hope to Macedonia. First it creates more jobs, second it creates hope and third it creates more people. Obviously farming doesn't create revenue like technology and business but it does need to be balanced against them.
Lets take a closer look at what happens when all the youth moves to cities in other countries. Germany, Japan and other unbalanced places have a huge drop in native populations. Often resulting in foreign repopulation.
Macedonia is too small to make any mistakes like that. Give people cheap land, modern agriculture schooling and support and watch things flourish.
