Emjoe doesn't have the income required to live in the new development. Don't worry however, he's happy with his job scrubbing toilets and mopping up urine and seaman off the restroom floors at the county jail.
Besides, he still lives with his mommy who he loves in an unnatural way.

Emjoe: You never have anything positive to say about anyone else so, why should you expect anything positive from us???

Nice grammar, jackass. Let me know if you can't find the huge mistake in your last post. We college grads have to look out for undereducated people such as yourself.

“…residential development planned for 217 acres at the corner of Leisure Town and Elmira roads. Plans call for about 770 single-family homes, a 50-acre private Catholic high school site, an 11-acre public elementary school site and a 6-acre neighborhood park.”

So… 150 acres left for 770 houses, streets, etc. Sounds rather crowded.

This is the vision of community organizers and public planners. Squeeze as many people into as small a space as possible. People will buy it.

Not really, over 8500 square feet per lot not accounting for streets but residential streets don't take that much area per lot.

I'll bet the lot sizes will be larger than the 5,600 square feet that. You have Jer.
