Lava tubes may be the best place for settlements on the moon and Mars. They are just developing a process to map them in 3D. Lava tubes are thought to much bigger on the moon and Mars because of lower gravity.

2000 BM19 is a very small O type astroid less than 1 km wide and will make several close approaches to earth. It's estimated value is $18.5 trillion.
