Schools must start to mandate that all children
take classes on personal responsibility. Why
because they may not be getting that by example in
their homes or community. Please note I am strongly against abortion. But someone or something must inspire young people to want better for themselves or their children. Children need
alternatives in education....not everyone wants to
go to college. How to start a small business....
and other innovative messages must be taught...
education seems to be a one way street. excuse
me if I am wrong. NYS is a generous state but
it should be used in the right way.

What do you want from me? I'm paying as many taxes as I can afford in order to keep ghetto mammas in cigarettes, beer and nail-jobs.
If you want to reduce the number of children in poverty, you should reduce the number of children, and that means that Leroy gotta wear a rubber, ladies!
So remember ladies: Don't let that big black snake slither up your cooter without a hat,'cause if that cobra spits, I have a nother little little rug-rat to help pay for.

Hmmm... let's start with the baby not having the same last name as mama, and move forward from there. Not too hard to figure out why they are in poverty.

Got an idea here. Young mothers get all welfare
benefits....(own apartment do not live at home
maybe home is a bad place who knows.) But I see another way. Instead of giving these girls their own apartments at the get go why not have them live
in dormitory style very nice quarters with their
babies....They can then learn how to live a life,
be mentored and taught lessons on health, money,
self esteem and morals/personal responsibility.
It is not right for a deadbeat guy to impregnate
a girl and then go on to the next girl and so on.
Some guys leech off the girls-- live on and off
with them many guys between their prison sojourns.
I do not believe in abortion....but do believe
we can help this situation..the girls know what
they are entitled to....and I just hope the babies
are not used as an excuse to get out of their homes. The county must do something nothing is
changing and it is getting worse poor little babies
destined for what.......?

Welfare is not working the way it should.
Babies should not be used as a way of obtaining
