These increases are THE reason the Dems are pushing for a "Public" option or government run health plan. This increase is obscene when people are losing jobs and pay is frozen. Did you get a 10% pay increase last year????? I did not. I do not support gov run health care but it will gain support with increases like this. I want an explanation.

Actually I am from Buffalo and I have no idea why it says Toronto. I agree about Canadian officials hasseling Americans, that's why I don't go there.

By the way, if you like this health care bill and it goes through then the USA will be a Socialist nation just like Canada.

I don't like Obama Care and don't support it. I just don't like Independent Health nickel and diming their customers to death more and more every single year. Every year there is a 10% increase. Pretty soon my co pay will be $30-$50 if this keeps going on every year.

This is a problem that I don't like either. But how can it be fixed? Tax penalties against Health insurers? What can be done?

I pay 10.75 an hour into my health plan for every hour worked. That means I paid over 22,000 dollars last year and I never even went to the doctors. This number goes up every year and we can't opt out of the system. It's a mess!

Sadly, profits are more important than people today. Something must be done, but having the taxpayers pay for it is not the answer.

There are good indications in the areas of career, a relationship with somebody you admire or with work in general (regardless whether it is housework or paid work). This is an excellent time to reorganise how you do your daily tasks and to send off your resume, or go for a job interview.
