It's a lie and a sham, they want people to buy these homes and cant afford the taxes and the houses go back into foreclosure! Don't waste your money, the taxes are to high in Schenectady ! I hope they shut down the program or it runs out of funds! The metroplex and democrats in Schenectady spent all the money, taking care of their selfs, and their friends (buisness partners) offering them tax incentives and other gifts! Downtown Schenectady sucks, you will probably get robbed after a dinner of submarines at subway and a broadway show at proctors! All the homes in foreclosure were bought by south Americans hailing from queens ny,thanks a lot former mayor al jursynski!!!
