Ruling targets Raucci pension
The $5,800 monthly pension Steven Raucci currently receives is not exempt from the reach of a state law intended to prevent criminals from profiting from the publicity of their crimes, a midlevel state appeals court has concluded.

Actually, if they can and do garnish Social Security & Social Security Disability from those that have never broken the law and can't get by on this amount, then why should any criminal get to keep their pensions and Social Security and use those funds for their families survival and their commissary goods.
No, take his money, he can go to hell like every other criminal as well! Just think of all the $$$ garnished by those dirty politicians and more!
It is always about the criminal and their rights, but those same filthy cowards take and take from those less fortunate to have help and are targeted and lose it all!
