Film critic: 'Pines' stars are too attractive for Schenectady
I haven't paid a whole lot of attention to the "Place Beyond the Pines" hoopla. Back when it was in town, I wrote about how I didn't understand wanting to be an extra and I've never gone to see a film simply because it was shot in the Capital Region.

I think you have alot of nerve even saying that comment. What are you saying? People in Schenectady are ugly. Don't forget stars have make up artists working on them. Hair people. etc. Do you think they look like that all the time? If their rich, why not they can afford it. I have seen threw the years gorgeous men and woman. So, that is an ignorant statement.
