Troopers: 11-year-old killed puppy when she didn't get her way

Irate that her temporary foster mother would not take her somewhere, an 11-year-old Saratoga Springs girl retaliated by killing the woman's puppy, State Police said.

This girl is mentally ill. you all sicken me making your comments about how she's demonic and she;s evil. she was SEVERELY abused as a child in her other foster care families. she's been in her adopted family for almost 6 years now. and nothing like this has happened. the family need just a 2 week vacation from her. the respite worker (NOT FOSTOR MOTHER) was supposed to be capable of handling her and was clearly told not to leave her alone with the puppy. she made a mistake because she's mentally ill and cannot control herself. her family has had it under control for almost 6 years now. you all need to grow up and maybe next time wait for the WHOLE STORY to come out before you judge.

So it was the "respite worker"s fault she left her puppy unsupervised?

How was she "under control for almost 6 years?" by keeping innocent pets, animals and children away from her or by taking her everywhere she wanted to be taken?

The public needs to know her name so that she is kept away from animals, children, elders, and anything else she can hurt.

Oh, and I will drive her everywhere!
