Basically NY is Special Education compared to other states and nations. Luckily the smart people from those places move to NY to counter the problem.

A new liberal NY teacher was trying to make use of her psychology courses. She started her class by saying, "Everyone who thinks your stupid, stand up!"

After a long pause, Little Johnny stood up.

The lib teacher said, "Do you think you're stupid Little Johnny?"

To which he replied, "No teacher, but I really hate to see you standing there all by yourself!!"
