The Planning Commission "Did the Right Thing"....based on the facts,Planning Commission confirmed nonconforming use of this site as a market had expired abandoned and discontinued (although only needed either abandoned OR discontinued). Also they noted that the 7 Eleven was an intensification of use of the sight which was also not legal since appropriate public hearings and analysis had not taken place. Good job Planning Commission and City Council. Now they need to find out the great mystery of how/why this was inappropriately approved to begin with.
