Council to Consider Restricting Check-Cashing Stores
A proposal on the Berkeley City Council agenda for April 30 asks city staff and the Planning Commission to consider new restrictions on check-cashing stores.

Why put restrictions. People have the right to choose where to go to cash their checks. Banks are charging ridiculous prices if u cash one of their own checks. Stupid but true. Everyone has to try to survive. Do something better with your time and resources. Education and safety would be better suited. Not restrictions for check cashing stores.
