I called a technician at 8pm to secure the front door for a retail store front. I was told by the tech he was 30 min from my location. The tech showed up after 10pm. During that two hour time period, I called the tech several times to find out what his estimated time of arrival was. Each time he said he was almost there. The estimate to secure the door was over $ 1200.00. I’ve been a contractor for over 15 years and understand the costs of labor and material. In my opinion Pick Squad Locksmith in Modesto did not meet the minimum standard of service and conducted their business in a dishonest manner.

I had work done by this company and it took the technician 2 days to replace the ignition cylinder and rekey. Found out later that he damaged the ignition housing and ignition switch. Damage is expensive. They have not acknowledged the damages or have they returned my several calls. They would not give me the owners name nor would they give me information on where their main office is, the person on the phone stated, he could not give out that information. After having the work done and being set aside as if I would give up tells me that something is not right with this business. The addresses given for pick squad locksmith have been residential addresses. I know because I went to 2 locations, Tracy and San Jose and that's when I found out it was not a shop or office. Yes, this is a dishonest company with rude personnel running the company or offices if you would say.

I agree with you a 100% but I had work done thinking that there would be no issues, for the fact the technician stated he knew about the make and model of the car. the website stated the technicians were licensed, certified and bonded. I take it that's a lie.

Nobody locks their keys in their car as much as I do. There are so many things that I've tried to use to get my keys out, but I never succeed. I need to find a locksmith like this in my area. If he can get to me fast, that would be ideal. http://www.rnrlockworksltd.com/
