I agree with Campos, this may eliminate all the over time handed out. However the issue should be revisited if they bring on the new officers and there is a demand for OT then something is going wrong. We should give it a try and then see what happens.

I don't think we need more cops on the streets. Do we want to add more to their gang. Yes I do belive they are a "legal" gang.

I don't trust them. The mentality of these guys!! Every cop i know has that same cocky self righteous, condescending way about them. Come on you know it's true.

The system is flawed. If we didn't have these issues with gangs and violence then what would happen to these cops? Would they go to Iraq? Yeah right! They need to have this crime here so they can continue to work.
