There is so much available office space in North Sunnyvale I can't see that this would be well thought out. If they want to build more office space, they might rehab some North Sunnyvale properties that just seem to sit empty.

This Disneyland will go belly up soon. It will become a relocation center for new commers from India.

Hopefully, being closer to an actual transit hub will help the planned downtown Sunnyvale offices.
