as a mother and a citizen, san jose p.d needs to spend more time looking for trouble makers then spending much time on harrasing innocent people.
my future son in law is always getting harrased and asked if he is in a gang? what just cause you are hispanic and young that gives them the right to harras you.
my future son in law is a good person, who comes from a good family, who graduated from high school, he is in a car club that helps people and families in need, does that make him a gangster,enough is enough, maybe the problem is so bad cause the cops are not doing their job.

Yes, PD does profile and some of them do harass. But come on people, it's not harassment when your son or daughter(yes you Mr./Mrs. Parent) is walking down the street at 10pm or even 2am flaming red or blue or with whatever sports gear. Trouble does not find people, people find trouble. All of our kids will find their place in society based the foundation we provide for them when they are young. For many of these kids there simply is no foundation. And another thing, those of you throwing your garbage out there in this forum, learn about your real enemies. It's certainly not your brown brothers or sisters. Stop playing the part of the two rats in a cage.

I was once in and out of jail, hooked on drugs at the age of 13, one day in 1982 someone from Victory Outreach gave me a flyer to see a Play called "The Duke of Earl" I went into their womens home, god took my drug habit and I'm happy to say I havent went back to drugs in 26 years.
