You have to be kidding that you want your boys to come home after they shot and killed someone. They have a right to a trial, but not freedom. Obviously you don't know what losing a child means. I even heard that during one of their pre-trial hearings that they were laughing and smiling. Well, I find that obsurd. Justice will be served when they lose their life spending time in jail.

Just an update for those that are following this case. The preliminary hearing went very good. The prosecution has a very strong case. It looks like a slam dunk. I don't see any way these three guys won't be sentenced to anything less than 50 years in prison. 50 years still doesn't seem like enough time, but we'll take it.

And I watch Michael's family and friends every day suffer because this wonderful young man is gone because someone shot him at a party. Yes, I know the details ... and you are ignorant. You don't know the first thing about the suffering that Michael's family is going through, do you value life at all? I am Michael's mom and I am suffering my life is over part of me is dead, I think of my son everyday. These 3 boys made a choice to come and shot at innocent people and killed my son who has done nothing to them. If they get out they will shot someone else and hurt another family, they need to be locked away somewhere. Three weeks before they were shooting at another party what is up with their brains. Some people think they should be out I won't get my son back why should they get out.

you've been up close and personal with every one of them? and they're good people? obviously not. they murdered my cousin. Free them for what? It all comes down to this. Three people were shooting in to the crowd. An innocent bystander was struck and killed. All three shooters are going to get hard time. Unless one of the three roll, than the snitch may get a lighter sentence. If this goes to a jury, there will be no chance of them beating this case. The public wants to see scum like this off the street. With their history of gang activity, that will also add time to their case. The only way these guys don't get a minimum of 50 years to life is if the DA is weak. We'll see how good he is. The DA's case is a slam dunk, let's make sure he takes care of business, and locks these punks up for good. I don't see these punks getting out of the joint until there in their 70's.
