What!? No Pat Brown? We looked forward to Pat and her weathercasts. I loved her wardrobe! You're right, George, there is absolutely no reason to watch KNSD any longer. Marty Levin is just biding his time until retirement - he's bored and disinterested, Susan Taylor has never said a word she didn't trip over, etc. I guess Channel 8 is the only game in town now. I'm sure not going to watch KUSI where all the uglies go to die.

Apparently Pat Brown was let go, and her 2 year contract with the network will be honored. Her replacement is terrible. Why him I wonder? I notice the woman who used to do the weather on channel 10 is no longer there as well. Can't remember her name, but she was good. Seems the networks want to replace the energetic and enthusiastic with the old and boring. Their loss.

What happened to Loren Nancaro? That younger female weather girl is gone too. Pat Brown did an informative weather report. Is Levin a pop-up? Well, I guess I'll watch Coleman and Kyle. I always thought the 2 main mugs on Pat Brown's set were wet blankets! no personalities, just "oh, I'm sitting here talking and I hope to keep sitting here, forever! What a joke, Marty has an avocation, the banjo! how human! Sure!

While I'm at it, What's with KOGO, calling their news "news"!??? BS! And besides the mindless dribble they call news, now that irritating Charvette? keeps dishing out sports news! How come fox, doesn't make them give real news. Just listen to KFI LA, or am 1170, or Am 760! But Kogo, totally sucks with their news, why have a news report, Huh, news director, who's name thankfully!!! isn't coming up!!!

Pat Brown was the only class act on NBC SD, I'll miss her. Marty looks like he is constantly constipated and Susan only loosens up when Marty is gone, which can't be too soon. Now they bring in Fritz from NBC LA which has to be a demotion for him. Instead watch KUSI which now has Alan who came from NBC in SFO and Heather, they have to be the best looking and most relaxed news 6 PM team in SD, too bad they are on a 2nd tier station, they deliver a good news, watch them for a change.
