Yet another dimwit menace clogging up the roads around here. Last week a lady was run down and killed in LaJolla, the little kid run down somewhere in City Heights and now this unfortunate man. Point is not EVERYONE is capable to drive whether it's ADD, yapping in the car, messing around with iPods / CDs, or confusing the gas peddle for the break peddle they shouldn't be behind the wheel. It's just too whacked around here.

Sad loss for the rider, and his family. However, take a close look at the rear tire on that KTM. It's clearly an off-road tire; not designed or fit for use on the public road. That's a dual-sport bike, which at the very least should've had dual-purpose tires for street use. Knobbies have very poor traction on asphalt.
