A man accused of stabbing his girlfriend to death and leaving her body in an SUV in a Carlsbad parking lot pleaded not guilty to murder Thursday during an arraignment at a La Jolla hospital.

Location hidden

Pleading not guilty to a crime you did in fact commit is the way Lawyers get their clients off. As long as you plead not guilty, it prolongs everything and the greater chance they have of setting you free off some bullshit technicality.
