The travesty is that unlike the earthquakes in Japan and Haiti, this disaster should have been presumed! This weather event was tracked for days before it happened! All relief efforts from the UN to the Red Cross should have been preparing and able to respond immediately! Media pictures of planes being loaded now are ridiculous, when they knew what was coming!
