He is a real crook. I live in his garden apartment complexes which buildings are being sold to individuals here in Queens NY. The property is a real disgrace and has numerous violations. He has no regard for any of the laws, building, criminal or what have you The rich and powerful don't do much jail time. How much time did he get for the school computer scam in the 90's ????
