Allegations, allegations, allegations and no proof. The government passed out huge gifts in exchange for tainted testimony and failed to prove their case. There was no money trail. There was no sting operation. There were no records of communication. Shame, shame, shame for trying to make speculation and allegations into actual crimes. The government has a duty to provide facts when charging people and destroying lives. Playing Santa Claus with convicts isn't justice.
