Border agent shoots and wounds rock thrower near San Diego

Authorities say a U.S. Border Patrol agent shot and wounded a man throwing rocks at agents near the U.S.-Mexico border in the San Diego area.

It's the ACLU, LULAC and their croney's preparing to file lawsuits against the United States Border Patrol for doing their job. Here it comes ... another few million to be split on a 80/20 basis between a criminal border crosser and "legal justice" advocates. Guess who gets the 80% of the deal? The wounded man should just accept his judgment for breaking the law and go about his business. Problem is - he will most likely receive a few million for his crime and a good man will be ruined forever.

I suppose we are now going to arrest, try and jail this Border Patrol Officer for doing his job. Oh I foregot there was no mention of drug smuggling so I guess there will be no Visa for the Illegal alien to come here to testify. There is no reason for our Border Patrol Agents to continue to put up with such nonsense.
They need to start carrying riot guns to protect themselves. A few cases of getting peppered with buckshot would send a strong message.

I'm sure this agent will join Ramos and Compean in prison for a dozen years. We need our borders lined shoulder to shoulder with the military that Obama plans to bring home. They need to be armed and have orders to shoot if their warning is not heeded. Don't know who the poster is above, but they can be sure the rock-throwers aren't cleaning houses. These people are criminals and need to be treated like criminals. The US is our home and these criminals are breaking into our home. The Castle Law should apply on the border. We don't break into Mexico - come to think of it, why would anyone want to break into that lawless and vile country?

Hey Pch....I pick the fruit I grow, I mow my lawn after I work all day, my husband and I built our house with our own 2 hands and we clean our own house....very rarely eat out and when we do we eat at places where we know the people who own and work there. Having said all that I want to add that I would gladly pay more if it meant keeping US sovereignty intact.

This agent needs a very good lawyer right now, maybe Judicial Watch would represent him? The Mexican government will file a protest, immunity will be given and this agent is in for a world of hurt. Message to BP agents: don't use your weapon, period. Any action taken by you can and will be used against you. Be passive, withdraw from confrontations. You lives are more important than the border busters you are paid to interdict.
You can't be imprisoned for not doing your job but you know you will be if you do. It's not worth it.
