Anyone who thinks cleaning up these globs mess will make it safe to go back into the water has to be nuts. There's so much gunk floating around Mission Bay and up and down the coast that can't not be seen or snagged up like this latest "spill". After participating in several coastal clean-up events I've come to the conclusion that it's a losing battle.
