What Mr. Kerry does not realize is that it's not a question of whether or not it was legal to have the boat in RI, as it obviously was.
He misses the point that the most honorable thing to do is be loyal to MA and have his yacht in his state.
The duty of a State Senator is to do what is best for his state, and that would be supporting it by having his boat there.
His wife is worth well over 1/2 a billion dollars.
He can't afford to pay MA taxes?
He's obviously a lawyer first, and a State Senator last. As most Senators are.
