No spelling errors Mr MORON .....
Perhaps *you* need the GED.........

I left *out* a word....
I'm 'in' need of a doctorate.....

but whatever...maybe *you* need to hook-up with
Nick Bollea....(probably suits you nicely)

I am so glad to see the school district did what was right. The last thing this poor girl needed to worry about was graduation. Congrats and way to go! Keep up the spirit and good luck with the future.

I dont think that the girl that had cancer at the Woodland High School should have been allowed to walk. She is setting a precedence for future graduates to try and bend the rules set by the school district. She should have known way before now that she was shy credits toward graduation. It is not fair to other students to bend the rules for her just because she fell behind. Walking is an honor provided you have earned it.
You are so right. Next year, there's going to be 10 students who purposely went out and got cancer so that they could "bend" the rules to graduate. So worth it.

Actually Madeline, the correct term would be "precedent" rather than "precedence". Despite you inability to know the difference, were you allowed to walk in your HS graduation?

The Whiners Win Again"]
This Story is one I HOPE will inspire MORE kids to WANT to graduate , had sh not been diagnosed and fightig for her life she WOULD have finished her required credits and graduated, Nice to see you are among those that dont care if kids make the efforts because Im sure like with EVERY graduating class there are students getting a diploma that STILL cant read yet she should be denied graduating because she was fighting for her life rather than completin credits she OBVIOUSLY will STILL complete and do so within 2008

Madeline,

You are a person who needs to open their eyes! Cancer is a LIFE CHANGING event! I can't believe you would even put a thought like that in black and white! GET REAL! EDUCATE YOURSELF! This student was an EXCELLENT student before this happened, and the fact that the school even thought about not letting her walk was an outrage!

OUTRAGED,
Colby

First of all, there's another case of bad grammar. It's supposed to be "students who porposely GO out and GET cancer..." Second, most forms of cancer take a long time to come out in the open-and all the forms I know you can't purposely get, so how can someone deliberately go get cancer to bend the rules? Third, if you think this young lady or anyone else is the kind of person who wants to get sick-and possibly die because the cancer was too aggressive-then you are not someone who loves life.

Leanna has every right to hold up her head, to be proud of all that she had accomplished already in life, and what she shall achieve, in the future.

Blessings to this young woman and her family. Prayers for a long and glorious Future.

Uh, go back and look at the post Sac Girl was responding to because I think you missed her whole point and the screaming out-loud-sarcasm in her post.
