New CA Cyber Bullying Law Leaves Loophole

New California Cyberbullying Law wont affect websites where creating a profile is not needed. If anything this law creates an incentive for websites to discontinue asking for registration.
How will Joe Simitian close this loophole?

I would like to invite people that are ready to take a stand against Internet hate and Cyber bullying/stalking to come participate on my thread, "Help Stamp Out Cyber-bullying" on topix. It provides you with websites to contact if you want to get law enforcement involved and suggestions for dealing with bullies yourself.(My personal preference.)
Be aware: This forum is infested with bullies but considering I am an advocate for dealing with bullies directly, this isnít a bad thing. It gives me the opportunity to demonstrate various ways of confronting these abusers.(Directly and non-directly.) I have no control over the negative behavior of others.(As is the case with Internet bullies anyway.)
