Perfect example of gun control. The officer controled his weapon and hit his intended target center mass.

The police had zero cause to shoot this young man, I live around the corner and all of the witnesses on the scene all said the person shot was sitting in his car and all it look like he did was reach for his registration in the glove box. The police car was not approached by anyone according to the many people on the scene. If you want to believe the story that the police are telling, then ask why was the victim shot multiple times with a gun? Why not use a taser gun or police club to stop the man? Why not shot at the guys feet? I am sure that would have brought down even an elephant!
Also, no name has been released and the cops identified the victim as white, however the witnesses said that may also not be true - hmmm

Check out other recent stories about Vacaville cops killing people in the last year. We are a small town and off the radar of many of the surrounding larger towns, but everyone needs to stay aware of the actions of police.

I'm sure they all got together to get their stories in sync. Police 101. How to lie correctly. Why would they identify the victim by a race or skin tone?

IA will find a justified shooting based on what the POiceman says. It may not be true, but that's what they will decide. Think about it.

I'm sure all of your anonymous "witnesses" (probably non existent!) will come forward. An identified witness on the Channel 10 morning news backed up the what the police said, that the guy was out of the car and was charging the cops. He'd previously tried to run a cop down after they put the spike strips up. Sounds like he got just what he deserved. That mf'er won't be doing that any more and most likely will save the taxpayers lots of money. Good riddance scumbag!

I know the young man. I hope for an investigation in this matter. He was a good kid and have known the family since I was little. He was not involved in gangs or drugs. I hope justice is served if this was a tragic mistake by police.

at least he didn't have a dog. They need to trace where that hammer came from, make the store responsible. Any taser salesmen keeping up on this story? At least the Vaca cops are better shots then the Sac cops that shot a person just wounding him. And since the Sac cops won't identify his race, we can assume that means he was Black.

He was also fleeing. Police made an attempt to pull Kendall over around nut tree and Marshall. He then took them on a chase ending on ulatis and Christine where police delivered the fatal shot after being charged.

To actually be glad a human is dead because of something shows an absence of compassion and points to sociopathy. This country certainly doesn't need more sociopaths.
