Dennis Montoya failed to adequately represent me in an employment lawsuit. He took no depositons or got no affadavits from my treating doctor in the case. He furthermore, did no discovery on my case, which includes request for production of documnets from the defendants, no depostions taken by Montoya.
Montoya was also warned again by the Court in my case that he failed again as in other cases that uncertainty about a fact is an improper basis on which to dispute a properly supported proposed fact for the summary judgment purposes.
Montoya also did not list any evidence and there was plenty of it that the defendant had introduced during the discovery stage to prove that I was wrongfully terminated and the defendant used pretext to wrongfully terminate me.
It is about time the state has done something to Montoya and suspend him. He is a threat to all his clients and he is low down and takes his clients hard earned money with doing NO work in return. I am going to file my complaint also and
hopefully the state will finally disbar him forever from practicing law.

It is about time he got his day. He should not ever practice again because he is misleading all of his clients and scamming their hard earned monies.. He gives all good lawyers a bad name.

A lawyer getting disbarred for misrepresentations is akin to a thief getting expelled from Hell for stealing.

what goes around comes around. His day is not over yet. He misrepresents all of his clients and no one in their right mind would ever have him represent them. Keep the word up and make sure he does not ever succeed.

Who are considered the good attorneys by most here in Albuquerque. Who would you feel would truly represent you and not just take your money?
