Ganish Rao bought the franchise from the Cogleys. How ever they didn't know how to run a business. I beelieve they were not in compliance with KFCs regs and lost the franchise. Now Jim Cogley leases the buildings from the Rao and runs the Krispy Krunchy Chicken franchisse.
