Don't have to ask me twice, it is no Everest just a piece of dirty coloured rock in the middle of shit nowhere, buy a postcard and spend that money going on holiday to a tropical island laying by the ocean and and sipping cocktails , and you won't have to put up with the heat, dust, flies, snakes, wild dogs or, did I mention the flies? Who the feck would go there, stay near the coast and civilization. Or is it just me?

The local indigenous land owners should escort parties of tourists to the top and then push the bastards off. That'd learn 'em.

They wouldn't need to go to those lengths, once the tourist has been all the way there and then climbed to the top of the rock they wouldn't need to be pushed.

It's a commercial opportunity going to waste!

I'm negotiating to set up a Hungry Jacks franchise at the summit. It should rake in spectacular profits just for novelty value alone.

With a bit of landscaping we should even be able to set up a drive-through servery.

I'll be rich!!:D

once a tourist goes into alice springs and has a good look at the place they wont want to stay around much.. or go down to river bank and see the animals on the bank in their natural surroundings doing what they do best.
