But, the camp activities were marred by Russians placing thumb tacks on empty chairs of the foreign representives prior to several meetings..

Ronald,a bit of a tacky situation gatting bums on seats,it seems that this is an attempt to get some more sport organised,the commonwealth games in Delhiare also in full swing.
