is accurately reported by Russian author and historian Volkoganov, in his memoirs that Stalin as a young man while visiting Poland was rudely not served at a restaurant in Lvov in 1913, because he did not speak proper Polish. So Stalin fixed the Poles in 1945 and he said. "Lvov will be part of the Ukrainian SSR" said Stalin in 1945. "We will see what language the Poles will speak now in Lvov", said Stalin as he laughed during the Yalta talks as he took a red marker and sliced of one third of Poland and gave it to the Ukrainian SSR. Khrushchev in his memoirs said that Stalin said... "Nikita, explain it to them Ukrainian Khakhli in their Ukrainian language.... and tell them that "Dyadya Stalin" gave the Ukrainian people a large gift of land and gave the Polish Nationalists a large headache that will last for centuries ".
