Why are you so pro Russian if you have no links to that country?

What's a part time??'ve never been a question mark part or full time.

Maybe you think that because you have connection with Ukraine you have to be anti-Russia, as a matter of principle. But this is short-sighted.

There are many Ukrainians who have no problem with Russia at all, and hope for good relations between the 2 countries.
Unlike you in UK, they are realistic and understand the benefit of co-operation between the 2 nations as partners.
Many Russians are of Ukrainian origins, and there are plenty of mixed families too. Also, many Ukrainians go and work in Russia, and wouldn't subscribe to your negative attitute towards Russia.

It's easy for people abroad to rejoyce at the antagonism between the 2 brother countries, but the reality is that good relations benefit every one.

I really don't know what you have to gain slandering Russia and spreading rubbish about its leaders.

Many Ukrainians think like I do. Putin is bad for Ukraine, he want's to control it, but even Yanukovich has realised that is a bad thing. Ukraine needs to strengthen it's ties with the West and loosen, but not sever it's ties with Russia if it is to prosper.

everybody on this thread knowns that I don't vote for Putin as I repetedly stated that - I simply despise idiots like you who use words not knowing its meanings and don't want to learn even if explained their mistakes - call Putin what he is in any derogative way you want and I am not interested, but if you'll tell me that he is afro-american or a Marcian or a communist - I would every day say that you are an IDIOT...

poor Ukraine, even elections were rigged?- and the western press claimed that free and fair elections of 2010 was the only achievement of previous (Yushchenko) administration as economically and socially his rule was a disaster for Ukraine...

He wants to control it? Why? What natural resources do you peasants have. You don"t have any oil or gas. You steal it!

Let see how Yanuko does this winter. Will he beg another discount or just resort to thievery.

Putin came to Ukraine during the election campaign to express his support for Yanukovich. There is evidence that voters in Eastern Ukraine were threatened with losing their jobs if they didn't vote for Yanukovich.

He doesn't want Ukraine to come under Western influence, he wants Ukraine as a buffer between Russia and the West.
Ukraine has plenty of natural resources, certainly far more than crappy Finland.

This is quite an empty accusation.

One could say that Yushchenko was elected with rigged elections by the West.

Remember the Maydam stand-off? The crowd of supporters paid to stand in the rain with orange clothing?

Who did you think paid for that?

Ukraine wants Russia for its gas, and the West to pay for it!!

We have seen Ukraine's game.

Ukraine creates a crisis by stopping energy payment, then Russia reacts by turning off the supply.

The West stops receiving gas and protests; suddenly Ukraine is able to blackmail both sides!!

Why do you think any new pipeline project (South Stream or NABUCCO) makes the point of avoiding going through Ukraine?
