Azerbaijan deserves to be totally cut off from electricity as a punishment and food for thought for betraying Russia and CIS with pipeline through Georgia and ..., and trying to exclude Russia and CIS in global geopolitics.
Let Azeris go beg electricity from their neighboring countries, and get to come to their senses.

yes we will we have plenty of extension cords.we do it all the time for our neighbors who cant afford electricity.
