This is completely the fault of Ukrainian politicians who steal everything they can.

Europeans should close their blabby mouths, kill their idle talking and demonstrate it finally for sure either the EU is interest indeed in Ukraine's prospect future or it is not. Why won't Europe, positioning itself now as a devoted partner and a good neighbor to Ukraine, buy Ukrainian debts from russian gazprom, particularly securing thus gas transit to its own territories via Ukraine's pipelines? Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't recently Brussels has in plans to allocate financial aid to Ukraine worth €20 billions?? So why that freaking couple billion gas debt appear now to be that unsolvable problem?? The problem with European politicians and with the EU on whole is that in Europe they like so much to talk and give promises but don't like to fulfill the given by them promises and prove it with real deeds. I always want my country to follow European way of living but sorry now... I'm starting to see real Europe and all its values in act.

You are both correct, however Yanukovich stole in the estimated value of 70 billion dollars which would have paid all the bills which was his and Putins plan all along, now EU is not wanting to pay the gas bill because Russia has inflated the bill as a ploy to pull Ukraine into Russia if Russia drops the bill or cancels it, however Ukraine does not trust Russia any longer and the EU has sent funds to Ukraine with hope of gas coming from other directions at a far more reasonable cost to Ukraine, in the end Russia will lose because it got greedy

Hi, hi, hi, ha, ha, ha!!! That is soooooooooooooo funny. I mean after what EU did to Germany, you ask why won't those greedy money-hungry bastards will not buy Ukraine's debt to Russia. That has got to be the funniest joke of the century. EU buy Ukrainian debt. Hi, hi, hi. I told you so. I told you that EU would rescue Ukraine when the chips are down. I deserve a Gold Medal for having predicted this and forewarned y'all that it would happen.

Of course they did. But it might take 20 billion years for them to implement such a plan.

Besides, if EU buys Ukraine debt, they will recharge it against Ukraine and demand "structural adjustment" as a condition of repayment. Know what "structural adjustment" is? Go look it up. "Structural Adjustment" is what Germany did to Greece. And do not say I did not warn y'all that this would happen.
