Our own Schoolboard bought swampland and they live here!

The Broward County School Board in its obvious ignorance spent $4.3 million dollars of taxpayer's money to purchase unusuable swampland. Who can blame these recent "entrepreneurs" from at least trying to defraud people. The State Attorney General should be investigating the fraudulent sale of unusable swampland by the city of Southwest Ranches and real estate agent Ira Cor to the fools at the Broward County School Board!!

I have some land for sale. 20 acres +/-
located near Fort Lauderdale. My goats only wear hip boots 5 months of the year. The resr of the time they wear flip flops. There has to be an interested party out there. Land is currently unzoned. For a few dollars the land can be rezoned for residental use.
Call me on my phone. Mile marker 22 North side of the alley. Look for a rusted can and string. Pull tight and speak in a loud clear voice. Don't let appearances fool you the fidelity is very good.

Read the fine print, people. If they refer to it as "recreational land with no road access" or "as an investment for future development," that pretty much means, you'll be sharing it with gators and skeeters and snakes, oh my! Or sawgrass and skeeters and swamp water, oh my!

Then there's the school district LLL that bought a swamp and discovered they couldn't build on it. I've got a nice bridge I could sell them.

Has anyone heard of a place called River Ranch in Central Florida. I recently purcased sme land there and was told that it was considered "recreational land". I have been on "my lot" and have had alot of fun riding ATVs and camping.
