Bet their insurance rates are high..Verrrryyyyy high!!! The Sub is being trailed by two dozen sub recovery ships and 5 thousand sea gulls..

I know the guy who is now in charge of the project very well.

The poor sod wrote advisory papers and made a few notable speeches on the subject of naval planning, and got called up by Putin and shoved onto this project.
