Big deal , the Russians are 20 years behind the west.

All you have to do is shoot one near the U.S. and you will be looking for a shovel to find your house !

So why US rockets are always exploding and they use Russian rockets all the time to bring their astronauts to space station?

Russia has had many of their rockets explode too.
I guess you have never watched any of those archived footage of the history of your space adventure.

Secondly, the U.S. space agency builds, and tests new rockets all the time, sometimes they work flawlessly, and sometimes they do not, at least we design, and build new ones, with new concepts. Your country is still using primitive rocket designs, older than most Americans, and yourselves.

And we need to use your laugh rocket, because we're moth balling our space shuttle, to develop a rocket that is both cheaper, and renewable that can both go into near earth orbit, the moon, and beyond.

So there is your answer.

You did not tell why US relied 5 years on Russun rockets and now is planning for more 5 years.
I can tell you. Because all the space programs of US were under supervision of Herr von Braun, nazi ingeneer captured in 1945.
He died 5 years ago and US now in sh(i)t forever.

So please remind me at least one example of exploding of Russian space vehicle with human casualties in modern Russian history (after the fall of Soviet Union). As you understand, I can remind you such things with American shuttle...

For one, as I eluded to, you guys are using primitive, but yet, proven rocket technology, and before Russia perfected that old technology it had many incidents. Do you understand now? You guys worked out all the bugs in that same 40 some year old rocket design.

Well, I'll admit a lot of us are idiots, but Russians are right up there with us, go and have a look at the OECD and PISA tests scores; you guys rank worse than we do in Math, and Sciences in the public school system.

Well , at least you have some healthy humor to admit that all the world knows for a long time ....:)

I dont know what tests you are talking about , but let me to be sceptical about that results.

Russians and US citizens are a lot more alike than we like to admit. You guys are degenerates just like us. ThatÂ’s why I love you guys. A few more years of capitalism and you might just catch up to us on the degenerate rubric. I really hope our two nations get along someday, I really need to introduce more Russians to Everclear!!!

Figures.:p~ Anyway, the OECD and PISA tests are friendly competitions undertaken by 30 countries thus far.

The U.S. ranks 25th, and Russia ranks slightly higher at 28.

Anyway, I don't doubt the results, and both of our peoples should be appalled at both test scores, two once highly educated countries are falling behind educationally.

Which is leading us to this mess that we're involved in today.

Statements like these just polarize the crowd and prevent civilized conversations. Cut it out for all our sakes. US Marines have earned respect in numerous conflicts.

The shuttle program is far younger than the same Russian Rocket that you Russians are using today, and to correct you, only 2 shuttles were ever lost. Gees! When the Rocket that you guys are using today was relatively young, many of them exploded, you guys even lost several of them in one night, weeks before your Cosmonauts were do to try and beat the U.S. to be the first to step on the moon.

The space shuttle aged, and out lived its design. The shuttle was to be retired years ago, but the Clinton administration denied NASA's request for new upgrades, or even new transport rocket vehicle designs, they were told to do more with less, and basically told to go to hell when NASA brought it to the Government's attention.

When the first shuttle challenger exploded, the shuttle was half a decade old; when the second one exploded, "Colombia", it was because it aged, and was neglected, the heat resistant ceramic tiles were never replaced, that proved dangerous in the end.

And besides, the shuttle was the most complex space vehicle design ever conceived of so far.
